We usually make and ship toys within a week but sometimes it can take longer.
For popular models, e.g. Luna, it can take 1-2 weeks for it to ship.
We accept credit/debit card payments via Stripe.
Some local payment gateways are also available (Klarna, Giropay, Sofort, etc.).

All our toys ship in a regular brown box without any information about the content.
Packages shipped outside the EU or with UPS will have “Silicone sculpture” on the label.
Our shop name is not listed anywhere on the package.
If your order has not shipped, contact us to see if you order can be cancelled.
Payments & delivery
When you place an order the order amount is reserved in your bank account (not charged yet).
Some hours later when we accept the order, the payment is captured and your card is charged.
The bank statement for your order will say “FT Sweden” or “FT SE”.
We offer free international shipping for all orders :3

Sweden: 1-2 days
EU: 2-4 days
Europe: 2-5 days
USA: 4-6 days
Canada: 5-8 days
Rest of the world: 1-3 weeks
We ship our toys with Postnord (Swedish post).
When the package arrives in your own country it is handed over to your local postal carrier (e.g. USPS in the US).
When the package ships you will get a tracking number and a link to Postnord. Once the package arrives in the destination country you can also track it at your local carrier’s website for more detailed information.
We accept payments in SEK, EUR, USD, GBP and NOK.
