We only use high quality platinum silicone from Smooth-On :3
SILICONE
Toys can easily be cleaned with regular soap and warm water. Silicone is very durable and it can also be boiled and even put into the dishwasher.
Clean the toy before and after each use.
Do not let any substance dry out on the toy as it may damage it.
Do not let it get in contact with other silicone products (e.g. lube) as it will damage the toy.
Store the toy in a dry place in room temperature.
FAUX FUR
The Faux fur we use can be put in the machine washer and dried at low temp in a tumble dryer (60°C, 140°F).
We recommend cleaning gently by hand using a slightly damp sponge and a sparse amount of soap and gently dry with a hair dryer. The aluminium plugs should be dry before storing to prevent rust or corrosion.
We make toys in super soft (Shore 00-20), soft (Shore 00-30), medium (Shore 00-50) and firm (Shore A 10) silicone.
A toy in soft silicone is bendy, stretchy and can be pressed together with your fingers without much force. Firm silicone is more stiff and only thin parts of a toy are bendy.
Thin parts of a toy always feel softer than thicker parts. For example, Charlie’s knot feels firmer than the thinner shaft.
We usually make and ship toys within a week but sometimes it can take longer.

All our toys ship in a regular brown (or in rare cases white) box without any information about the content.
Packages shipped outside the EU will have “Silicone sculpture” written with small text on the customs label, that is placed on the back of the package.
Our shop name is not listed anywhere on the package.
If your order has not shipped, contact us to see if you order can be cancelled. We generally do not accept cancellations after 24 hours have passed since you placed the order.
Payments & delivery
When you place an order the order amount is reserved in your bank account (not charged yet).
Some hours later when we accept the order, the payment is captured and your card is charged.
The bank statement for your order will say “FT Sweden” or “FT SE”.
For orders to countries inside the EU, Great Britain and Norway: flat rate of 39 SEK (~3.5€) excl. VAT. Free shipping for orders above 1500 SEK (~135€).
For orders to countries outside the EU: Free shipping!

We ship our toys with Postnord (Swedish post).
When the package arrives in your own country it is handed over to your local postal carrier (e.g. USPS in the US).
When the package ships you will get a tracking number and a link to Postnord. Once the package arrives in the destination country you can also track it at your local carrier’s website for more detailed information.
We accept payments in SEK, EUR, USD, GBP, NOK, CAD and AUD.
